Family Camp
Join us at the Disciple Conference Grounds June 7-9th, 2019 for a weekend filled with fun and fellowship! Carrie Shea and Sarah Leitch will be your Directors for this relaxed camp experience for the whole family. Whether you choose to stay in one of the cabins on site, bring your tent or stay in your trailer, everyone is welcome. There is a limit of 70 persons at the Conference Grounds, so don’t hesitate to register early so you don’t miss out on this fun weekend!
This weekend begins when you arrive Friday afternoon/evening. Be sure to eat before you arrive or bring a meal with you to enjoy for supper at the Conference Grounds. A snack will be provided Friday night. All meals and snacks on Saturday are provided. There is an organized crafting session for the whole family. A guest speaker will guide us through a Saturday Bible study. The weekend concludes following Sunday morning breakfast.

Fees
The cost for the weekend is $55.00/adult and $15.00/child 12 and under.

Accomodations
Please note that cabins are dorm style and hold 10 people in 3 sections. (2 sections that hold 4 campers and 1 that holds 2 campers.) These sections may be closed off to hold more than one family in a cabin. Washrooms are in a central building for all campers.
Special Concerns
List any allergies or special diets that need to be considered. Please indicate for which registrants these concerns apply to.
Remember
to check the weather reports for the weekend to be prepared for rain or shine!
Adults will be responsible for themselves and any children in their care.
*While at camp children will be the reponsibility of parents and/or guardians.
There will be a designated first aid person or nurse to provide first aid if needed.
